Not like my original boss.. the one yg hired me. if not becoz of him, dah lama blah. He did sms me too : go ahend to do what u need to do & x worry about office work. taking care of your health is more important. Semoga pemeriksaan dpt dijalankan dgn lancar serta mengesahkan yg kamu sihat walafiat hdknya. se strong n may Allah bless u well & fine. best wishes.
Tak ke lain bunyinya? Sejuk sikit.

My Cardiologist in JS lain cerita pulak. Ada ke patut dia soh makan ubat darah tinggo padahal langsung takde that prob & I didn't know the pill was for hypertension. OMG. Time telan tu, after 30 seconds mcm org kena sawan, back & head mcm nak pecah. Jumping around & screaming mcm org gila sbb dah tak tahan the pain. Bukan mcm migrain or else... mmg tak pernah rasa sakit mcm tu. Dpt tau that pills for hypertension pun from the pharmacist there. Mcm terkantoi sbb saya tanya bertubi2 kat dia... nak tau sebenarnya that thing utk apa. Alhamdulillah... after 7 hours suffering... sakit tu berkurangan. Dr. Zawawi from IEMC bgtau yg kalau take that pills mmg bahaya sbb saya takde masalah hypertension. It can cause stroke sbb pernah terjadi kat patient dia yg amik ubat from the other hospital. Thinking to report this case to JS.

After ECP treatment yesterday, my sis brought me to the Iskandar Malaysia Contemporary Art Show 2009 at Danga City Mall. Just a 15 min round. Cuci mata... tenang hati bila tgk all the artwork. Tak dpt nak tgk semua sbb taknak too active, takut muscle pain pulak nanti. Maybe next time pergi with hubby, Eicha & Hadeef. This art exhibition will be on till 14 June. My sis, Dina will be working here starts next week. Bagus la... dapat $ skett time sem break.

Hadeef pun tgh tak berapa sihat. Fever on & off. I can't carry him... feel bad. Hope he will be better soon. Kesian tak dapat look after him time2 camni.

And I must say THANK YOU to my wonderful hubby... for ALL the things that you've done & you are still doing it. Million thanks. You've sacrificed a lot. LOVE u so MUCH!

Indonesian food.... jgn jeles siap ada drive thru pisang goreng. Martabak tu mcm apam balik kt sini.

Ya Allah! Please give me strength.

Makin lama keje kat sini... makin melampau. Everything is super duper stressed me out.. keje, keje, keje & yg paling penting boss yg takde hati perut. I think this is too much. Bukan nak salahkan org lain about apa yg happened kat kite tapi mmg kenyataan... & masalah paling besar sbb.. i can't take it anymore.


Yesterday was the big event... the Annual Awards Dinner. I'm the one yg kena handle most of the things & the best part... I was not there during the event. nak tau kenapa?

last week... my chest pain become worst. opis dah la sejuk giler. so pening byk deadline & dgn boss yg dok memerah tenaga ku smpi kering. boleh bersabar & bertenang lagi.... life as usual.

25/3, 11.00am, called hubby to take me to the madical centre sbb rasa my chest mcm nak pecah. tak pernah rasa sakit dada smpi mcm tu sekali... panic gak. aku main blah jek dr opis bgtau mangkuk tu dah tak tahan sakit. after ECG test... i received a shocking news. It shocked everyone there. Me... female... 30 years of age... not smoking... consume healthy food...take good natural supplement... exercise... happy family... normal bp, normal sugar level... 1/2 yearly blood test alhamdullillah all in good status... but? Tu la kuasa Allah... saya redha & terima apa2 pun. Ini juga satu nikmat yg kita sendiri pun tak tahu... mungkin ada hikmah di sebaliknya. Mungkin dah sampai masa saya kena buat keputusan. The dr refer me to Johor Specialist just to do further investigation. So... saya balik... tenangkan hati... dan berdoa.

26/3, pagi2 dah ke Johor Specialist. Hati saya ok... bertenang sbb tak tgk muka mangkuk tu (sorry... dah mmg tak tahan). Mcm2 test... urine, blood, ecko, ecg, x-ray. Dari ok, bdn jadi penat & lemah. The dr insisted to do the angio (oh no!). I need to know how serious my condition. Then only I can decide. Some doctors bagus... explain one-by-one, motivate kite (yg ni penting), bagi option. Ni tidak... makin dia buat kita risau.. dah la satu benda pun tak explain... paksa pulak org buat angio, which is so painful & the test just nak tau how many % kalau ada block. Tapi... from test2 yg lain2 tu... dia langsung tak exlain apa result. Cuma ckp.. "you ada masalah jantung ni! (very demoralizing)... you kena buat test nie... you bole kena heart attack tau!... Ya Allah.. knape la dr nie.

At the end.. dia pasang this machine to monitor my heart for 24-hours. So... bawak la balik rumah. Kesian Hadeef... tak dapat carry dia. Mengamuk jek.

Holter (portable ECG monitoring)... my new "i-Pod" :)

Today... gi balik JS utk cabut holter. The same thing happened. Dr langsung tak explain apa result. commented x-ray tu normal, tak bengkak. tapi tu laa... memanjang soh admit la... buat nagio la tak abis2. Saya dah la tak bole stress & penat. So... the result sume, saya bw balik ke medical centre. so... saya akan buat drugless treatment kat situ. Insya Allah saya akan sembuh. Mlm ni nak ke KL utk buat infra red test & to recover my stress + ada consultation with "stress doctor". Pray for me... my kids need me. Mudah2an Allah bantu & selamatkan saya.

To all... stress in the 1st ranking yg akan affect our health. In Johor Specialist katanya... ada 30 yrs old female, healthy.. jaga makan.. last2 kena bypass. Caused of her heart prob - STRESS. Take care everybody!

Happy. Puas Hati. Bahagia. Body Fat naik :) but it's ok
Sedih (sbb tak dpt visit Awie & family kat Bandung... Insya Allah next time)

A lot to share but so limited time I have.
Rasa company's Southern Zone Marketing patut tutup bile saya tiada.
Sgt hampeh, byk tak settle & boss mcm nak terkam & humban segala masalah & pending issues kat saya, padahal duduk pun belum lagi.
So, need to settle all those stu**d things.
