Sabah Lagi!

Last year ke Sabah in October. Baru sampai di JB, hubby ckp..."hmmm next year kita pegi Sabah lagi la.. tak puas". Biar betul! In November 2009, Air Asia as usual ada zero fare promotion. So, dgn tak pk panjang, kami terus tempah tiket 5 hari / 4 mlm ke KK. Puas hati cuma RM680 for 5 pax.. masuk segala taxes, luggage & food. Then, we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights Tune Hotel 1Borneo - paid only RM240 (RM40 per room per night). Good deals! Kalau booking awal mmg murah & berbaloi... yg paling penting, byk boleh jimat. And the while package.... it was customized & personal package trip.

Our 2010 Sabah trip (mcm yearly event la pulak!) lagi best & puas. Byk tempat idaman yg kami pergi.

Lepas gi skodeng Proboscis Monkey... we had buffet dinner. And actually after the diner, we are supposed to continue the river cruise session - pi tgk firefly. Sebabkan dah tak larat from 7.30am dah ke Pulau Tiga & sambung ke Klias pulak... badan dah lenguh. So... kami pun balik la ke KK & sampai hotel kol 10 malam. Kesian kat Aryssa mungkin dia mmg nak continue pi tgk firefly sampai dia jadi confuse & ckp, bila malam, punggung Proboscis Monkey tu jadi kelip-kelip... ada lampu kat punggung dia... hahahahha!

Sakit Itu Dugaan Terindah

Dada ku sakit... since khamis pagi kat opis. Jumaat malam ke klinik berdekatan rumah... dr. treated as angin. On medication for 2 days. Sakit on & off but moving towards positive... i'm positive too. Sabtu mlm... adus... time relax & dalam tido pun sakit semacam la pulak.... mcm ku pernah rasa. So, pagi tadi telah memaksa diri utk pergi ke panel clinic (jauh cam nak gi opis)... n my ECG was NOT in normal condition. My heart ada lemah sket... penat, stress, etc. Tak terkejut sbb dah pernah lalui although my mind ada sket worry. So... esok kena la further investigation kat Puteri Specialist... mainly to clear my mind  that nothing serious to worry about. Hoping my echocardiogram test esok ok. I'm seeing my cardiologist, Dr. Yap... doctor, please wash away my negative & stressful mind with your wonderful posotive words & sangat menenangkan fikiran itu.

Buku rawatan penyakit oleh Dato'Harun Din juga byk membantu. Insya Allah... I will be fine. Insya Allah...
