Chiropractic Works!

Alhamdulillah... Allah izinkan usaha saya ini berhasil.

Improvement yang mula2 rasa macam tak percaya. Siap tanya my doctor... betul ke tu x-ray saya?! Dia pun gelak jek... plus dia pun tak sangka byk sgt but he did mentioned, saya succeed (to-date) sbb saya buat homework, ikut advise dia (kecuali tak rest cukup), tak degil, ikut schedule treatment (kecuali time cuti2 m'sia) hehhehe ;)

My improvement...


Loooooong way to go.... till July 2010. Doctor's target : Cervical loss 25%. Tak bole nak target perfect sbb case mcm saya nie slalu makan masa 2 thn lebih nak dapatkan the perfect curve. Besides, my nerves belah kiri nie semua mcm teruk jugak... doctor pun kena kerja keras to adjust my spine... here & there.

On my side pulak... diri makin berkobar2 nak buat lebih baik & consistent buat all the home kit exercise (yg kadang2 tu ada gak buat2 lupe). 2 minggu lagi, hubby's turn for the review... can't wait! Hope dia pun ada improvement... doctor pun dah bagi2 hint about the good news. Tungguuuuu....
